Chips and salsa were good, but the food was just ok - there’s something unsettling about broccoli and cauliflower in a burrito. Pachanga Cocina Mexicana in Ellicott City is much better.

    We LOVE La Fiesta!

The crab burrito is full of jumbo lump crab meat and topped with a tasty sour cream white wine sauce. The spinach enchilada is stuffed with fresh spinach and cheese. This restaurant is one of our all time favorites!

The atmosphere and setting of La Fiesta is very much your typical Mexican restaurant. While the food is also pretty standard Mexican fare, it isn’t the exact cookie-cutter menu you’ll see at a lot of Mexican places (dozens of combination numbers, etc.); as the other posters have suggested, there is a little more distinction, for better or worse.

Good chips and salsa, lunch specials came out very quickly, and we had some complimentary sopapilla for dessert.
